Today we’re introducing a new feature called Support Quick. This feature lets you quickly grant our technical support team temporary access to your Intelligentcontract account, making it easier for them to diagnose and resolve issues.
With just one click, you can enable support access for a default duration of two hours. After this period, access will automatically be revoked. Please note that only account administrators have the ability to use this feature.
